Gynaecological Assessment

Many common gynaecological conditions present without obvious pain or symptoms in their early stages. Early detection of potential issues can significantly improve cure rates and minimize the physical impact of subsequent treatments. Our centre provides one-stop gynaecological health assessments in a highly private environment, delivering the most accurate diagnoses for your intimate health.

Diagnostic and Assessment Services

Comprehensive Gynaecological Health Check

Recommended annually for adult women. Our specialists will conduct a detailed medical history review and clinical pelvic examination to assess uterine size and detect any abnormal ovarian masses. It is suitable for women of all ages for routine health management and early prevention of potential diseases.

Cervical Screening / Pap Smear

The first line of defense against cervical cancer. It is recommended that all women aged 25 and above, or those who are sexually active, undergo this regularly. The cell collection process is quick with only mild discomfort. It can now be combined with HPV DNA testing as "co-testing," significantly increasing the accuracy of detecting early precancerous cells.

High-Resolution Pelvic Ultrasound

A non-invasive imaging scan performed transvaginally or transabdominally, providing a clear view of the endometrial thickness, uterine myometrium, and internal ovarian structures. This is the most crucial and rapid diagnostic tool for confirming uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts (such as endometriomas/chocolate cysts), and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS).

Detailed Colposcopy

Designed for patients with abnormal Pap smear or HPV test results. The procedure is similar to a routine gynaecological examination. The doctor will use a specialized microscope to magnify and observe the surface of the cervix, taking a tiny biopsy from suspicious areas for laboratory testing to accurately determine the degree of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN).

[Appointment Arrangement Note]
To ensure the procedure is conducted in the safest and most optimal medical environment, it will be arranged at a hospital's day surgery centre. The process typically takes 10 to 15 minutes and does not require general anaesthesia. Patients can go home to rest on the same day after the doctor's assessment.

Menopause Hormonal Assessment

Blood hormone level analysis for women in the perimenopausal stage (around menopause). We provide appropriate non-pharmacological relief recommendations or Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) targeting symptoms caused by hormonal changes, such as hot flushes, severe insomnia, mood swings, or osteoporosis.
